Ticket refund

You can request a refund for your ticket purchased on Refund requests must be made no later than 24 hours before the journey. If there is a customer service backlog, refunds will still be processed after the travel time if the request has been submitted on time.

You can make changes to your ticket without customer service assistance. If you were logged in when you purchased the ticket, or if you purchased it in the NOR-WAY app, you may change all details of the original ticket up to 1 hour before first departure time in ticket.

Ticket refund up to 24 hours before departure

If you complete and submit the refund form no later than 24 hours before the first departure time stated in the travel document, we will refund your ticket. Round-trip is considered as one ticket and can only be refunded or changed in its entirety before the first departure. If you have used the first leg of a round-trip ticket, the second part cannot be refunded.

When the ticket is refunded, the money is automatically returned to the same credit card used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a few days before the amount is  back on your account.

Faulty booking

In the case of a faulty booking, we will refund your ticket if you submit a written refund request (via the form below) immediately, within a maximum of one hour after purchase and at least one hour before departure.
